I ditched the music industry for a fulfilling career as a Certified Life Coach so I could experience more freedom in my work. This was the lifestyle I craved, my own schedule, my own tribe, people who were heart-centered humans like me.
For over 15 years, I have dedicated my life to guiding clients on their paths to personal and professional growth, helping them to harness their strengths, set meaningful goals, and live more fulfilling lives in every area of it. As a Reiki Master, Certified Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher, Podcast Host, and Recording Artist, I combine my skillset and deliver to you a personalized product that will guide you on a divine journey to your heart's desires.

I definitely didn't get here overnight though.
In fact, quite the opposite...
Growing up in the small town of Wilmington, MA, just outside of Boston, I developed a deep-rooted sense of community and resilience. From these humble beginnings, my passion for music led me to perform with live bands and dancers on stages across the USA and the Caribbean. Additionally, through my nonprofit, I was dedicated to spreading awareness about mental health, striving to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Building my career and achieving my goals didn't happen overnight. It took countless hours of dedication, continuous learning, and unwavering perseverance. Every step, no matter how small, was a vital part of my journey.
Reflecting on this gradual progress reminds me that true success is rooted in consistent smart work and a relentless pursuit of excellence not only for just myself, but for my family and the world at large.
In 2018, I started a podcast, Namaste with Renee, where I interviewed the worlds most affluent authors, healers, and entrepreneurs and soon founded The Glowing Goddess, a tv show for women to amp up their self-love, health and overall wellbeing. Subscribe to my email list for this potent content.
At age 18, I discovered the transformative power of universal laws and manifesting principles through the book "The Secret." This revelation profoundly changed the trajectory of my life and career.
Embracing these principles, I learned to harness the power of positive thinking and intention-setting, which propelled me towards achieving my goals and dreams with newfound clarity and purpose. Instead of "wishful thinking" I started Deliberately Creating. Until 2006, I did not know I had the power to shift my own future.
This not only elevated my personal and professional growth but also inspired me to help others unlock their potential. The obsession has been real.
Along the way, there has been challenges; some that I even share across my social media platforms. One of my most popular story time topics is Narcissist Abuse and Toxic Relationships. I choose to heal out loud so others don't have to suffer in silence.
What's more, I did it differently than most...
My journey has been different than most, beginning in Wilmington, MA, USA where my early experiences shaped a unique path. Unlike many, I intertwined my passion for singing and laws of manifestation advocacy with my career as a Life Coach and Influencer.
Through dedication, continuous learning, and embracing the teachings from "The Secret", I carved a route filled with creativity, resilience, and a genuine desire to impact lives positively. This blend of diverse experiences and heartfelt commitment sets me apart in my profession.
I left the music industry behind because fulfilling my life's mission didn't have to come with fame and public humiliation that celebrities often face. This choice not only allowed me more freedom to impact lives on a deeply personal level, but I had the freedom to live where I wanted, freedom to spend more time with my family, and freedom to make money on my terms instead of collaborating with sketchy record company execs that leave these details to the unknown.
Embracing my unique journey with unwavering determination has allowed me to transform challenges into stepping stones for success. As a Life Coach, Professional Singer, and Positivity Influencer, I'm committed to empowering others to discover their true potential and create a life of passion and impact.
It doesn't matter if no one else believes in you.
What matters is if YOU believe in you.
Challenges will come. Boundaries will be pushed. Core beliefs will be questioned. And I will be there to remind you of your truth.
It's the way of the shifting world we are in right now. I know that you can face all of this like a diva boss mama the way we are called to. What truly matters isn't the belief others have in you but the unwavering faith you have in yourself. I’ve been a Vegetarian chick since the wee age of 5. One day in my Kindergarten class, I learned where meat came from and decided that wasn't for me.
My favorite clothing line is Spiritual Gangster. Why not wear your message on your sleeve AND your clothes?
The largest audience I've ever performed for was 60,000 at Gillette Stadium for a NFL Patriots game. The rush of energy from the crowd was exhilarating.
I'm a huge animal lover. My puppy Bentley Banks is 2 years old and he's my son's best friend.
I became an "unexpected single-mom" during my pregnancy in 2023 and my sweet boy. Talk about challenges that I walked through. My son, Trexden Cody, was born healthy in December and is the absolute apple of my eye!

Renee has always had a passion for connecting with people and bringing joy to their lives. She began her career as a professional singer, captivating audiences with her powerful voice and emotive performances. However, after years of touring and performing, Renee discovered a deeper calling. She realized that she wanted to help people not just through her music, but by empowering them to achieve their own dreams and overcome personal challenges.
Thus began her journey into the world of life coaching. Through rigorous training and certification, Renee has transformed her natural ability to connect with others into a powerful coaching practice. She now dedicates herself to guiding clients on their paths to personal and professional growth, helping them to harness their strengths, set meaningful goals, and live more fulfilling lives. With a unique blend of creativity, empathy, and motivation, Renee's coaching approach is as dynamic and inspiring as her musical performances have been.
